To insert a charm, simply: Gently bend the collar. Align the charm with the hole sideways. Press the bottom part (plastic circle) of the charm into the hole. The first insertion might require a bit more effort as the material around the holes will loosen over time, making future insertions easier.

To remove a charm, gently bend the collar at the charm's position and press on the bottom of the charm to slide it out. Avoid pulling the charms directly, as this may tear the charm and permanently damage its functionality.
