Delivery Information

Currently, we offer UK delivery only. All packages are shipped via Evri. 

• Standard Tracked: £2.99, estimated delivery in 3-4 working days from dispatch (free for orders over £40).
• Express Tracked: Starting at £5.99, estimated delivery in 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Please note that Royal Mail and Yodel provide these delivery times and may occasionally be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If your parcel is delayed, kindly wait up to 7 working days from the expected delivery date before reaching out to us.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us at hello@chumkers.com.

To ensure successful delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. Since our system is automated, we are unable to make adjustments if an incorrect address is submitted at checkout.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a delivery inquiry with Royal Mail to obtain a reference number before we proceed with a replacement.
